    Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

    The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:


    1. Coordinate and implement a variety of marketing initiatives.

    2. Conduct outbound telesales and marketing calls to prospective clientele

    3. Build rapport, introduce Partners Pharmacy services to key staff at Nursing Homes and Assisted Living communities within the markets serviced by Partners Pharmacy

    4. Become a subject matter expert on all Partners Pharmacy services to answer a variety of incoming questions

    5. Influence customers to buy in or retain the services of Partners Pharmacy

    6. Provide accurate and timely entry of customer contact information & conversation details into CRM system

    7. Research and obtain contact information from external sources to build network of potential customers

    8. Follow-up with potential customers after initial interaction

    9. Schedule sales presentations for Sales Executives

    10. Follow-up with tradeshow attendees and leads

    11. Provide assistance and support to sales and marketing team

    12. Coordinate other sales and marketing activities (tradeshows, direct mail, e-mail marketing)



    College Degree required


    Professional Experience:

    • Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service
    • Warm and engaging personality
    • Design skills helpful but not required
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong follow up-skills
    • Knowledge and comfort with social media
    • Knowledge of e-mail marketing, sales CRM programs, & Microsoft Office
    • Reliable
    • Team Player
    • Must have reliable transportation
